Finite games
- Finite games have rules, a winner, a loser, and a definite time frame. Soccer is a good example
- In finite games, every participant’s objective is to outdo the competition and emerge victorious
Example (from the book):

Infinite games
- Infinite games are played by a group of worthy rivals
- The main goal is to advance a just cause.
- In the infinite game, people have a purpose

- Worthy competitors are driven not by the desire to win but to sustain the game,
- Players do what is best for the company, the users…
